I found this out today after wishing Happy Holidays via text... Years of having a cigar at the office 1 a week with him late at night talking about plans of the future, and family..
  We last spoke in September and was excited to come visit even though I was bedridden....  This is the most absolute shock that rips me to the core of my being...

Adi was incredibly loved by our entire fantasy crew.  He went above and beyond in securing the party house, he brought his sprinter van so he could shuttle us all to and from dinner, but most importantly, he did everything in his power to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves.  An absolute legend with the kindest heart.

What an amazing person and beautiful soul Adi was.  My heart and prayers to his family and loved ones.  He will never be forgotten, and I hope one day to meet up with him again.  What an honor it was to to be able to be around him in school.  Though it had been a while since I had seen him, i never forgot about him and I never will.  So kind and down to earth.  Never acted like he was better than anyone and always gave me a shout out and acknowledged me even though I was a bit younger.  Made me feel like I belonged in his circle.  I can't say enough amazing things about him because he was much more than that and I truly am going to miss him until the day I see him again.  It hurts my heart for his kids, wife, brother, sister, wife, mom and dad and family.  It hurts just knowing he's physically gone, but I know his soul is with God the almighty, and his spirit is with all of us.  Much love Adi, my bro, my friend, you are home and physically at rest and you are always remembered, always.  Keep strong family, and I know it's so difficult, because I find myself shedding tears at times just in disbelief, but the faith you hold will reveal everything when it's time, and there will be no more sadness, only joy when we see him and everyone who passed on, again.  I have no doubt in my heart, mind and soul.  I love you, my brothers and sisters, just believe and experience what's yet to come.  God bless Adi's family, and Lord in heaven, please welcome Adi into your kingdom, as you created him in your perfect image.  amen.  I pray every day for the fam to heal and celebrate his ascension.

Adi was a man that I can confidently say I looked up to. In my time visiting California and getting to know the brothers Adi was always taking me places and saying "boy you got to try this". From restaurants to food trucks he knew all the good spots and was always excited about showing me his favorites. He would never let me pay. The most generous man I know. He had me to his beautiful home for dinners, took me to hockey games and the best restaurants and I'll never forget the boat trip where we almost sank the boat. He loved his family and was proud of his success and wanted the best for everyone around him. We all know he loved his watches and when he lent me a Rolex for a couple weeks just so I could see how it felt I knew he was a friend I could trust. So I'm having a cigar now as I write this and thinking of you Adi and thanking you for being a good man and great friend to a Canadian that was just passing through.
