PERKINS, Tina Marie – Suddenly on June 13, 2017 at her residence in Ottawa at the age of 43. Loving mother of Taryn and Tristan, both at home. Cherished daughter of Gordon Perkins (Claudette) and Fernande (Carriere) Perkins. Lovingly remembered by her aunts Gail Gaucher and Linda Perkins, 8 uncles, many cousins, as well as her godparents Fernand Carriere (Laurette). Tina will also be sadly missed by her sister Dianne (Mike) Paquette.
Family and friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Monday from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9pm and on Tuesday from 9:30-10:45am. Funeral Liturgy, Tuesday June 20, 2017 in the chapel of the funeral home at 11 am followed by cremation. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Shriners or to her children would be appreciated by the family.
