Theresa Patricia Myers

MYERS, Theresa Patricia (née Hanton) – at Cornwall Community Hospital McConnell Site on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Melvin Sylvester Myers. Loving mother of the late Brian Myers (the late Sue), the late Arnold Myers (Elaine) and the late Kelvin Myers.

Cherished grandmother of Jenny Lagacé (Michel), Rob Myers (Kelly), Angie Myers (Jeff Harrison), Shawn Myers (Jennifer Trotman), Joshua Myers (Amanda), Kelsey Jans (Brian) and Austin Myers (Emily Lussier). Great grandmother of Thomas Ford (Thomas Mangam), Brittany Kaddie (Shawn), Michael Ford, Sydney and Alexis Trotman, Oliver Lagacé, Ellie and Rowan Jans and Adalyn Myers. Great-great grandmother of Bellamy Kaddie.

Theresa is survived by her 2 sisters Eileen Asselin (Edmund) and Marlene Jacques (Alex). She is predeceased by her parents William Hanton and Alexina (née Lepage) Hanton and by her brothers Clarence Hanton (Annette), Clifford Hanton (the late Pauline) and Leo Hanton (Georgette), (the late Anne).

She will always be fondly remembered by Penny and Bill Marsolais and Jim Beasley.

Arrangements under the care and direction of Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482).

Cremation has taken place and due to COVID restrictions, a Celebration of Theresa’s life and Rite of Committal will take place at a later date.
