Dear Bev,
I originally knew of Bob through my parents...Art and Eileen(Andrews) Anderson... during Bob's high school years.   Art and my mother always spoke so highly of Bob, as well as his brother,  Doug.   My mother also relied heavily on their mother's advice when shopping at the Vogue Shop.  
Some years later,  I  had the opportunity to meet the both of you  at the golf club.  What a great couple you were.  Of course, at that time, I recognized Bob's name as one of the SLHS  great athletes who was so respected by my parents.  I was so happy to meet him , and to eventually have some great chats with him about 'the good old days' at SLHS.  Bruce and I also very much enjoyed our visit with you in Sarasota.

We enjoyed Florida, meeting daily for coffee every morning at Tim Hortons, and Overlooking Marina 200 on our lawn chairs daily after Covid.
We would talk to all persons from Marina and on the bike path every morning at 11am!
We joked, talked politics, sports and enjoyed the beautiful scenery from St Lawrence River! 
He was so proud of Bev and his two sons.
We enjoyed going to Massena, Yellow Island in my boat, and smiled and wished all good morning to all passerby’s on pedestrian and bike trail!
You will be personally missed forever!

Gail and I are deeply saddened by Bob s passing, he was such a wonderful person. We will miss him saying hi to everyone as he never left without saying hi to all on the patio at the club .He was such a competitor, loved playing with him. He will be missed! Bob was one of the good guys! Always loved seeing him out walking Chelsea, and he always made our chats fun and entertaining! Beverly and family, my sincere condolences to you during this difficult time.  I played hockey with Bob for almost 30 years and he was the life of the dressing room with his sense of humor and playing the "hand saxophone"  which I am sure everyone was familiar with. I was so saddened and shocked to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I met Bob at Marina 200 while walking my dog. He was with his friends having morning coffee and subsequently, I always looked forward to seeing his smiling face and good sense of humour. What a lovely man he was. 

I’m shocked and saddened by his passing. Please accept our deepest condolences from the Rubino family to his entire family. I’m sure he is already so sadly missed.

I was fortunate to meet Bob this past summer at the CGCC. He was a personable and enjoyable man who loved being there. Always a hello and a nice word for all around. I am glad I had the pleasure of a few rounds with him. My condolences to his family.
