LAFLÈCHE, René – Peacefully with family by his side at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge, on Tuesday, July 15, 2014. René Arthur Laflèche of Cornwall; age 78. Beloved husband of Réjeanne (Perras) Laflèche. Loving father of Josée Fleming (Steve) of South Glengarry. Cherished grandfather of Finley and Mairen Fleming. Survived by brothers Ronald Laflèche (Marcelle) and Jean Laflèche (Suzanne) both of Cornwall and by sisters Yvette Collette (Albert) of Beloeil, QC and Denise Doré (Robert) of Châteauguay, QC. Son of the late Rémi Laflèche and the late Laura (Farley) Laflèche. Predeceased by one sister Jeannine Lalonde (late Leo). Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, East Branch, 614 First Street East, (613-933-2841). The family will be in attendance Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge, 1900 Montreal Road in Cornwall from 11 a.m. until time of Service in the Chapel at 12 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or to the Glen Stor Dun Lodge would be appreciated by the family.
