Reggie (Pa Bear) was a loving, devoted father, husband and proud family man of great character. Family gatherings always brought him joy. He was a sweet gentleman with impeccable manners, who maintained a wonderful, silly, sense of humour even during his last days. He had a plethora of his own goofy and witty sayings and jokes for anyone he met. Pa made everyone laugh with his flawless sense of fashion (Comfy pants, AC/DC shirts, and Bruins hat to hide his crazy hair).
He was very kind and charitable to those in need. His warm hospitality always made people feel at ease and welcomed in his home. His love for nature and wildlife was endless and he made sure to always feed the bunnies, horses (Tosha), squirrels, and all animals that he would visit regularly.
He was a great story teller who shared nostalgic memories about his experiences with the Fire Dept, refereeing, playing sports and his many memories that were made while hanging out with his family.
During retirement, Pa Bear continued to show up to every sporting event to watch his children and grandchildren, he seemed to never miss an event. In addition to watching sports, he loved spending time with family on his pontoon boat and the numerous campsites where he enjoyed BBQ’s, bonfires and fishing with his loved ones.
Some of his most cherished memories were going for long drives in his truck with Ma. They would go to yard sales, thrift shopping, visit quant little cities, and sit by the shore line to listen to the waves role in.
