ROGERS, Marjorie (Thompson) –At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Friday May 1, 2015. She was 91. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Rogers. Dear mother of Daniel Rogers (Melody). Sadly missed by 3 grandchildren, Melissa, Michael and Mark and 2 great grandchild, Francis and Julius. Sadly missed by her 2 brothers, James Thompson (late Norma) and William Thompson (late Shirley) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Catherine (Cameron) Thompson, and 3 sisters, Laura Dupuis (late Adrian), Anna Leroux (late Clarence) and Vivian MacGregor (late Charles). Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm and on Wednesday from 9:30 – 10:30am. Funeral Mass Wednesday May 6, 2015 at St. Peter’s Church at 11am. Rite of Committal at Notre Dame Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Hospice Cornwall or The Children’s Treatment Center would be appreciated by the family.
