SABOURIN, Linda (Meilleur) – It is with great sadness that the family announces her sudden death at her residence, on Thursday October 19, 2017, at the age of 69. She leaves behind her loving husband of 50 years, Raymond Sabourin. Beloved mother of Denis (Carole) of Ottawa, Jimmie (Brenda) of North Bay and Cindy (Robert) of Cornwall. Cherished grandmother of Samantha (Joël), Kyra, McLeod and Austin-Lea. Dear sister of Robert Meilleur (Chelsea) of Mississauga. She will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear treasured friend, Galina Suvajac. She was predeceased by her parents, Gerard and Marguerite Meilleur, her brother Gerry Meilleur (Pierrette) and her sister Peggy (late Pico Carrier). In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation. Cremation services entrusted to the care and direction of the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations (by cheque) to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly appreciated by the family.
