Family and Friends Gathering for Shelia Gail Carper Stevenson, 62, is set for Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 at Memorial Funeral Home.
Shelia died September 23, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS. She was born April 7, 1962, in Memphis, TN to the late Bill and Cindy Hastings. She worked as a nurse, before becoming a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rickie Carper; her parents; brother, Reggie Hastings; and sister, Barbara Broadway.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Stevenson; son, Ricky Carper; daughter, Brittnie Lawson (Brady); grandchildren, Binley, Grace, Everleigh, Everett, and Carleigh; siblings, Dennis, Ricky, Charlotte, Donna, and Mary; sister-in-law, Betty Torence; and a host of other family and friends.
Arrangements are under the care of Memorial Funeral Home.
