Paula Cook

Paula Davine Russ Cook 84, died April 21, 2019 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born December 12, 1934 in Long Beach, CA. to the late George and Juanita Russ. She was of the Christian faith, a faithful wife, mother and grandmother. She retired from Alcorn Co. Veterans Service Center Office. Paula and her late husband Bill owned and operated several local restaurants in Corinth for many years. She enjoyed writing and spending time with her family, her grandchildren and her great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Bill Cook; parents; brother, Harlan Russ.

She is survived by her sons, Richard Cook (Sandi), Tim Cook (Beth), Marty Cook (Leesa); sister Dorothy Stewart; grandchildren Tyler, Justin, Emily, and Bailey: great grandchild, Gideon.

A family and friends gathering for Paula will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home, 613 Bunch St, Corinth, Mississippi 38834.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Assemblies of God World Missions 1445 N. Booneville Ave. Springfield, MO.
