Services to celebrate the life of Jeff Evans, 50, are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Sunday December 23rd at Memorial Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home.
Jeff passed on December 19, 2018 at his residence. He was born on May 26, 1968 to L.C. Evans and Patsy Mask Adair. He graduated from Kossuth High School and was a member of the West Corinth Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting and was an avid bowler until his accident left him unable.
Jeff is survived by his mother, Patsy Adair (Frank); sister, Vickie Gilmore (Greg); step sisters, Wendy McCollum (Shaun), Christy Vandergrift (Scottie); nephew, Nick Gilmore and a host of other aunts, cousins, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, L.C. Evans and grandparents, Cleveland and Lessie Mae Evans and Roscoe and Bessie Mask.
