Eloise died December 1, 2018 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born February 5, 1941 to Jess and Elvie Waddell Roach. She was retired from Ford Motor Company. She was a loving mother to 2 girls, grandmother to 3 and great grandmother to 1.
She was preceded in death by husband Roosevelt Marcum and her parents.
She is survived by daughters Jewel Burns and Melissa Willard; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
