The family of Danny Strickland will receive friends from 3:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at McPeters Funeral Directors. Mr. Strickland died on Monday, March 31, 2014 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born on January 21, 1947 to the late William and Pauline Patterson Strickland. He was a glazier for 52 years in the glass and door industry.
He is survived by two sons, Richie Strickland and wife Gina and Tim Strickland and wife Sara; one daughter, Karen Depriest and husband Darin; one brother, Bill Strickland and wife Barbara; four grandchildren, Brittany, Aubrey, Addison, and Stone, Several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
In lieu of customary rememberances, the family requests that memorials be made to Gideons International.
