Funeral Mass of Christian Burial for Betty Ann Reiselt, 87, are set for 11:00 am Saturday at St. James Catholic Church with Father Mario Solorzano officiating. Burial will follow in Forrest Memorial Park.
Betty died May 7, 2019 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born March 7, 1932 in Smackover, AR. to the late Lemah and Vera Hollingsworth. She was a graduate of Camden High School in Camden, AR. where she was drum major and captain of the rifle team, she went on to attend and graduate from Henderson State University with a degree in Home Economics. She was crowned Miss Searcy and went on to compete in the Miss Arkansas pageant. Betty and her late husband Fred moved to Corinth in 1962, where she taught in the Alcorn Co. School District, starting at Farmington Elementary and retiring from Alcorn Central Elementary. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church where she served as church secretary and played the organ for several years. She enjoyed golf, playing the piano, most recently playing bridge with her friends at Vicari and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Fred Reiselt; parents; brothers, Gerald Hollingsworth, Pete Hollingsworth, Dan Hollingsworth.
She is survived by her sons; Fred Reiselt and his wife Janie of Corinth; Doug Reiselt and his wife Michelle of Tampa, FL., Bill Reiselt of Corinth, daughter; Paula Gunn and her husband Mike of Corinth, six grandchildren; Michelle (Ben) Ramirez, Cliff (Sarah) Gunn, Logan, Justin, Emma and Jake Reiselt, three great grandchildren; Ana and Christian Ramirez, Jackson Gunn; a host of other family and friends.

A family and friends gathering for Betty will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 10:50 AM at St. James Catholic Church, 3189 N. Harper Rd., Corinth, MS.
