Alison died at her residence on January 1, 2014. She was born on January 13, 1958 in Long Island, New York to the late Herbert and Elanor Navasky Wiess. She enjoyed life and made sure everyone around her was happy. She had a loving and nurturing spirit, loved the beach, dogs, her friends, family and adored her son.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Austin Thomas.
Survivors include one son, Travis Thomas; two brothers, Kenny and Jordan Wiess; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
