Stanley D. Wilson Jr.

Wilson, Stanley D. Jr., 87, of Tamarac, passed away December 6, 2013. Stanley was born January 9, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Stanley D and Agnes (nee Olsen) Wilson Sr. He served his country honorably during WW II in the U.S. Army. He loved country music, especially John Anderson and Patti Loveless he enjoyed bowling and all the Chicago sports teams, White Sox, Bears and Bulls. He read the newspaper from cover to cover daily and what he really loved was his family, having dinners together especially turkey legs and ice cream. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 49 years, Shirley. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving children, Sharon (John) Biesterfeld, Jeffrey (Sharon) Wilson, Deborah (Rick) Sajek, grandchildren, Deborah (Rick) Fenwick, John (Tiffany) Biesterfeld Jr., Lisa Wilson, Jeffrey Wilson, Chad Wilson, Kristen (Alex) Barber, Lauren Sajek, great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Chloe, James, Madeyln and sister-in-law, Lorraine Richey. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, 4:00 - 5:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5:00pm.
