I will certainly miss Patrick’s infectious smile and raspy laugh.  He and I shared many of the same hobbies and enjoyed many of the same things.  We had just gone fishing together recently and it was an absolutely great day despite not catching a damn thing!  He always had a kind word and was an incredibly important part of helping me when it came time for a change in my life, and he wanted nothing in return.  There are just some people that you know you like the moment you meet them and Patrick was certainly one of those people for me.  I will really miss my friend and my heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Kimberly, his Mom and his family.

I was fortunate to have met Pat and share some memorable times with him. He was a fun loving guy who brightened up a room and had such a great sense of humor. I'm saddened I will not have a chance reminisce with him, some stories of the past, but I'm fortunate to have shared many laughs and good times with this good guy. RIP Pat, and peace and comfort to your loved ones. 

My dearest baby boy. Words cannot express the loss and pain I am feeling without you here. You were so kind and would do anything for anyone. I will forever hold you in my heart. When I think of you I think of that little boy who brought me so much joy and happiness. I love you forever my sweet boy. Until we meet again.

In our early teen years,  Pat and the family moved to the neighborhood. We met eachother and started talking about fishing and boating from then on most weekends we were found in the canals fishing. 
My condolences and thoughts are with the family during this time. 

I met Patrick about 7 years ago and I could immediately tell what a kind and caring person he was. It was a pleasure to know him and he will be missed. Condolences to his family. 

I spent some of the best years of my life hanging out with Pat surfing, fishing, racing cars, and racing boats.  We had a blast and enjoyed life to the fullest.  
Pat's laugh and big smile will be missed.

Met Patrick 7 years ago. He welcomed me into his circle of friends with open arms. Hearing about his passing was very sad. My deepest condolences to Kim and the rest of his family. I know he will be missed. I also know he has already found the best fishing spot around.

My deepest Condolences to the Vaughn family and to everyone who knew Pat. There had to be a Period of at least 15 years where we were around each other and many unforgettable memories we had. Always a great guy to be around. Heaven gained a good one here. He's a Goodfella. Gonna miss you "Yo".  Save a spot for all of us, as one day we will be back hanging out. I came to know, respect and love Patrick’s warmth, humor and compassion. He was a fellow amongst fellows and always had his hand extended to give rather take.
He was early on a daily basis and made sure that everything was ready when others arrived.

I met Patrick 8 years ago and he was such a nice, warm, and friendly person always willing to listen and help another person. He taught me about Bass fishing in the Everglades and would take all the time in the world to explain the techniques. He loved his wife and boys and was so proud of them. My condolences to his entire family and I know he is in a great place now with all the loved ones we have lost from this earth.
I will miss seeing him driving around on his motorcycle…

Pat will be dearly missed by all who knew him. So many great memories over the past 30 or so years. Too much fun was had in the keys. All the laws were broken at the street races. He loved every minute of it. 
It was clear to me how happy he was as a family man and he seemed to thrive on that. Such a sudden loss but the memories will live forever.

I met Patrick seven years ago and he was friendly and warm.   He never said a mean thing about anyone and was always willing to take time to listen.  I remember how excited he was to get away with his family on weekends and how dedicated he was to those around him.  His laugh was immediately recognizable as well as his smile.    And his pigs.  I loved hearing about how many animals he cared for and how much they were a part of the family.  I never met his wife  but I knew her through his stories and the joy he would express when speaking about her.  He will be missed dearly, he’s one of a kind.  My thoughts and prayers are with all who knew him and his family ❤️

Our hearts are breaking for you Kim. I know Patrick was your world.  The last time Mike and I came down was so much fun. We all were having the best time dancing and laughing with Natalie and me trying to ge Mike or Patrick up to dance with us.  This is a great memory that will bring a big smile to my face everytime I think of my Wonderful,Handsome,Funny,Sweet nephew.  He was the BEST and he will be dearly missed. Patrick will be dearly missed.  He was a great guy who helped anyone in need.  Prayers sent to family.  God will get you through this and we will all meet again one day.

It is with a deep sadness that I mourn the loss of a dear friend. I have of course prayed for his wife Kimberly and asked that God allow her the strength and peace she shall need during this tragic time.
Patrick was a very close friend and confidant and he was the son I never had. Patrick was a kind a giving person and assisted me through a bad time in my life, expecting nothing in return.
I also offer sympathy to his mother of course. To lose a son at such an age is tragic.
Many people have reached out to me to pass on their sorrow of this terrible news.
