

Gregory (Greg) Greenland of Coral Springs, FL, passed away on Thursday night, December 21, 2023 at the age of 78. He was born on December 21, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio, later moving to Three Rivers, Michigan where he attended high school.
He then enrolled at the University of Michigan in 1962 before enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1966. He was stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky after basic training in Chicago. He enrolled at Western Michigan University in 1968, graduating in 1971 with a degree in Marketing. He worked in the home health care industry for much of his career, retiring in 2019.
Greg loved the game of golf, loved playing it and loved watching it. He enjoyed sports in general, playing baseball and basketball in his younger years. He was a parishioner at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church and was a member of Friends of Music, Inc.
He was preceded in death by his parents Gale and June Greenland and his sister Cheryl Lynn Mulder.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Sandra; his son Michael; his sister Pamela Gladding of Portage, MI; his stepsons William (Carrie) Simmons of Oviedo, FL and Scott Simmons of Northridge, CA; four grandsons Scott Greenland, Colin Simmons, Ian Simmons and Quentin Simmons; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 1400 Riverside Drive, Coral Springs, 33071 at 11 :00 a.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2023. Viewing will precede the service at 10:00 a.m. at the church. All are invited to attend a reception immediately following the service in the parish hall of the church.
