Dino was a helpful and mechanically inclined person. He fixed cars and airplanes, and even helped air up the neighborhood kids' bike tires. He could build anything and always had great advice to get the project done. He loved cars, especially his yellow and white 1972 Chevy Cheyenne C-20 pickup truck. When he wasn't building or fixing things, Dino liked to take care of the house and lawn. During quarantine, he developed a green thumb, growing basil, tomatoes, peppers, and parsley.
Even more than cars, Dino loved his family. Family was the sunshine of his life. One of his favorite traditions was making honey balls at Christmas time with all of the grandkids. Dino was well loved for his Sunday Italian dinners, homemade pastas and breads, and homemade wine. Cooking was his passion, second only maybe to music. Dino was often seen relaxing with his feet up listening to his favorite songs.
Dino was called home to Heaven to be reunited with God, his parents, and his dog Brandy. Left behind to miss his kind soul and delicious meals are his devoted wife of 38 years, Anna Marie Muggeo; children, Dean Muggeo (wife, Susan), Danny Muggeo (wife, Lisa), Ronald Stabile (fiancee, Denise Izzo), and Lenora Perez (partner, Ford Robinette); grandchildren, Christine Nolke (husband, Dustin), Dean Muggeo III, Danny Muggeo Jr, Scott Stabile, Greg Stabile, John Joseph Perez, and Leanna Perez; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Orion Nolke; sister, Dolly Blodis; nephew, Christopher Blodis; niece, Tracy Blodis; great-nephew, Ryan Blodis; honorary son-in-law, and Leanna and John Joseph's father, John Perez; granddog, Mandy; and extended family, friends, and neighbors.
Viewing will be Friday, October 9 from 4-7pm at Kraeer Funeral Home, Coral Springs. Dino will be laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, North Lauderdale. Please make memorial contributions in his name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
Please honor Dino's memory by remembering there are only two ways to do things: his way and the wrong way.
