I worked with Cliff for ten years when he Worked in Gaithersburg Maryland.  I got the news from a friend who worked at the same place 

We were neighbors who became friends. We shared meals and birthdays, laughter and football. We spent many hours of conversation in our driveways.  Cliff made time for everyone.  He offered kind words and smiles to all. We feel very Blessed to have had Cliff in our lives. He will be missed by many.
