My sweet Chris
On Oct- 12- 2024 it will be two years that you left us.... I miss you and our talks so very much . 
You had such a wonderful personality  and  sweet spirit....

Chris was a kind and gentle spirit who enjoyed serving others. He was a hard worker who had many struggles. We helped him with several jobs and places to live and we saw such gratitude and a hope for his future. Most importantly we listened, asked tough questions, and gave loving counsel. His passing has been such a heartbreak for so many and we extend our love and support. May God bless his family and may his friends be encouraged to help others with struggles in live.

I knew Chris as a great athlete and someone who could always light up a room with a joke or funny story. He was always outgoing and easy to get along with. He will be missed.

This is hard for me and if I didn't believe in Jesus and heaven and seeing you again I would be so sad and lost .I'm sure am going to miss our talks , our laughter   just everything about you.

My cuz, my friend for life, my family. Chris, I miss you dearly…we grew up together and I always looked up to you.  You made me laugh every time we were together and I will forever miss that. I am forever grateful for the weekend you spent with my dad, Kade, & I back when you came home a few years ago. It was one I’ll never forget.

Chris was an adorable baby & toddler with a big dimpled smile & bright blue eyes . As the baby he was adored by his family. 
He grew into a charming , lovable, funny kid with a mischievous smile that lit up the room .
As Chris became an adult & life became more complicated at times he never lost his sense of humor, humility , love for family (especially his mom) & hope in God . Though his eyes turned more green he never lost his big beautiful dimpled smile .

I had went to school with Chris. He was always kind to everyone didn't matter if they were popular or not or what group of friends they had, always kind and with smile! We reconnected on Facebook a few years back and just within a few conversations I knew he was still the same Chris I remembered from over 20 years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who knew Chris or that have had Chris leave an impression on their life and his fanily. I wish his family peace and love during this difficult time.

Chris had a smile that would melt hearts and a heart that would create smiles. He will be deeply missed.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

This is a drawing Chris had created and brought into work one day. I scanned it in and pieced it together for him. I think I remember him saying his grandma was an artist and I'll always think of the song Stoked on Razaki when I see it. Rest easy, my friend.

Chris had a huge heart and a kind, sweet soul. His smile and laughter was always a warming presence.  I appreciated his suggestions on music/bands. I will remember him as a loveable spirit who would quickly breeze in to take a piece of candy or write "Hi" on my office white board.  I am blessed to have known him. My deepest condolences to his family and those who knew and loved him best. May he be at peace.

Rest peacefully, Chris. Your kindness and positivity will always be remembered by those who were lucky enough to be in your presence. 

Chris was a long time friend of mine and held a special place in my heart from the moment we met. And I know there are SO many others out there that feel the same way I do. About 15 years ago I made him and I matching bracelets with a bible verse that we both shared love for. Life happened and that bracelet never made it to him. I wore mine until it broke and when that happened, I kept it stored away with his. This couldn’t be a better representation of how I feel right now.  My heart aches and I feel broken, but Chris is now fully healed and new….and probably cracking jokes with Jesus! Chris, you are one for the books! 
This loss is only temporary….we will meet again. 
Hebrews 6:19 We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.

15 years ago I met two young men. Ben Frank and Chris Funk. Ben and Chris were best of friends. They were brothers. Ben and Chris shared so many stories and memories with me. Chris became a brother to me. My daughter called him Uncle Funk. And he loved his Daisy Mae he called her. Our family is so heartbroken. He was loved by many. Chris would light up a room with his smile. No matter what was going on he would make everyone around him crack a smile. Life will not be the same without Chris. We love you so much Funk. You are at peace now. Your memory will live on through everyone that loves you. 

Chris was the most fun dimpled face little boy and best friend of GlenJeris.  He was a part of our family through grade school years and called me Ma.  I loved him like a son.  It breaks my heart that Chris is gone but I know he's free from all pain and struggles and with our Lord and all loved ones that have passed before him.  What a guy he was.  Never giving up.  I know he was loved by many as he had such a good soul.  God Bless you Chris may you rest in peace.  Give Ron a hug from me.  Love from Ma Jeris, Amy, Glen, and Alyssa.  We loved you Chris.
