Early on Saturday, December 27th, Charles John Henry, loving father, husband and healer in Christ, made his transition to eternity. His remarkable life of service began in Port of Spain, Trinidad where he showed the early gestation of what would become a career of academic brilliance and servitude to his fellow man. He along with other notable scholars helped bring modern Psychiatry to the Caribbean, as well as develop policy at the national level to advance the cause of mental health in Jamaica and the British West Indies.
He is survived by the love of his life, Grace; sons Ramon, Paul and beloved daughter, Sascha. Daughters in Law Lisa and Tracy and grandchildren Danielle, Dominic, Joel, Adam and Noah. May he rest in the glowing white light of our Saviour's Glory.
