Angel L. Ortiz

Mr. Angel Ortiz died unexpectedly in Broward Health Coral Springs Hospital on Sunday, February 26, 2023 in Coral Springs, Florida at the age of 41.

Angel is survived by his mother Eva Velez, father Angel Ortiz, amazing brothers, grateful friends, loving daughter Angelica Ortiz and Son AJ. Angel is preceded in death by his children Angelica and AJ.

Angel was born on 05/26/1981 in Brooklyn, New York to Eva Velez and Angel Ortiz. Angel graduated from Devry University with a degree in Computer Engineering. After moving to Florida, Angel began working for Canon as a systems engineer.

Angel was accomplished at being an amazing father and frequently went out of his was to ensure his children had everything they’d ever need. Angel was a strong hearted individual who loved everyone around him and who was passionate about being there for those who needed help the most. A funeral is scheduled for a later time that will be disseminated at a later time. To be announced individual will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Angel’s life. The family would like to thank all family, and friends for their love during these difficult times.

A visitation for Angel will be held Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071.
