Steven T. Rowland

On the evening of Feb 26, 2022 Steven Rowland passed away at the age of 69 in Copperas Cove, Texas. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 19, 1952 to Louis and Anna Rowland and grew up surrounded by many brothers and sisters.

Steven Rowland proudly served his country and is an Army Veteran. He married Hye Cha Rowland and they had two sons Jason and James Rowland. Steven lived a very selfless life and dedicated his attention and energy toward his family and friends. He was known as a very warm and generous person who always had a kind word for any of those who were around him. He had a love of animals and as a young boy rescued and cared for a variety of them. Steven loved food and had a fondness for trying new and interesting dishes with friends and family.

He is survived by his wife and two sons and a very loving pug Bonnie. Steven will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

An internment service with military honor for Steven will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 State Highway 195, Killeen, Texas.
