Robert Lee Howell, age 76, of Copperas Cove, Texas passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023.
Robert was born to parents Vernon and Mildred Howell on February 26, 1947 in Wellsville, Ohio.
Bob Retired from the US Army and will be laid to Rest in the Central Texas State Veteran Cemetery in Killeen Texas at a later date where he will receive Full Military Honors.
