Richard Lee Bickle

Services for SSgt (Ret) Richard Lee Bickle will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday 5th of December 2013 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Copperas Cove. Interment with Military Honors will be at 2:00 p.m. at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

Richard was born on 8 March 1955 in Phoenix, AZ to Green Webster "Dub" Bickle and Patty Joyce Eden-Bickle. He was raised and educated in Phoenix and graduated from North High School the Class of 1974. Richard served in the U.S. Army from October 1974 until his retirement in October 1994.

He is survived by his beautiful children, a son MSgt Joel Richard Bickle, along with his three children; a daughter Sarah Marie Bickle of Copperas Cove, TX; both children of Deborah Sue Bickle. His mother Patty Joyce Bickle along with his sister Susan Ozburn and family of Boulder, CO; also his lovely wife Vida Bickle of Kursenai, Lithuania. There are numerous nieces and nephews and cousins that will miss him dearly.
