A memorial service for Johnny Ray Sadler, 70, of Copperas Cove will be 10am Tuesday September 8, 2015 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Chapel in Copperas Cove with Father Patrick officiating. Burial will follow at 12pm at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen with full military honors. He was born October 13, 1944 in Greenville, TX and passed away at home under the care of his loving wife August 17, 2015. He retired from the U S Army after 23 years and from Killeen School district after seventeen and one half years. Survivors include daughter Cathy Harris and family, and brother, Jerry and family. His extended family includes Janeen Garza, Janell Girodat, Jessica Gutheridge, Jimmy and Jarrett German, and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. In lieu of flowers an account for monetary donations has been established at First Texas Bank in the name of Julia German (wife).
