Elisabeth is preceded in death by her parents, her step-father Dr. Hugo Killgus, and her son Gregory Helbing.
Elisabeth is survived by her sons Gerald Helbing (Martha) and Michael Helbing (Jennifer) and sister Gudrun Rudolph (Dietmar) of Germany, along with 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a niece and nephew
A memorial service will be held for Ms. Helbing at 10am on Friday May 7th at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home of Copperas Cove, Texas with a catered reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
