Dorothy Montgomery

Services for Dorothy Montgomery,78, of Copperas Cove will be Tuesday July 05, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. Mrs. Montgomery passed away at her home on July 01, 2011 with her family present. Mrs. Montgomery was born December 05, 1932 in Jerome, PA to Louis G Borelle and Goldie Todero Borelle. She married Frank E Montgomery, Jr. on January 01, 1954 in Odessa, DE. and had two children, Frank and Deborah.

Dorothy was a homemaker who loved quilt making and to volunteer with the Special Olympics.

Mrs. Montgomery is preceded in death by her husband, Frank E Montgomery, Jr., two siblings; Frank Borelle and Lillian Walls. Dorothy is survived by two brothers Louis Borelle, Jr. of North Versailles, PA, Wayne Borelle, of Copperas Cove and sister Darla J Shaffer of Reynoldsville,PA. She is also survived by two children; Frank E Montgomery, III of Copperas Cove and Deborah Ann Montgomery of Copperas Cove, two grandchildren; Matthew Setley and Gina Setley, and one great-grandchild Lucas Bryce Setley who will serve as the honorary pallbearer.

Friends are invited to join the family for refreshments and a time of visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. prior to the memorial service.

The family request in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Capitol Area Food Bank.
