Bobby Ray Anthony, age 58, was granted his angel wings on Saturday, May 23, 2015. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Bobby had touched in some way throughout his short, yet memorable life.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Crawford Bower Funeral Home in Copperas Cove, with visitation the evening prior, from 6-8 p.m.
Bobby was born on September 8, 1956, in Jackson, Mississippi, to Earl Ray and Clara Bell Anthony. He loved to spend time with his friends and family and was never happier than when he was spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved being a father and was the greatest Pupaw ever.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 28 years, Kim; His children, Amanda Ayers, Joshua Anthony, Jordan Anthony, Abigail North and husband Justin, and Jeremiah Anthony; His grandchildren, Sutton Ayers and Cooper and Caroline North; His brother, Earl Ray Anthony, Jr. and wife JoAnn; His sisters and brothers-in-law, Denise Henry and husband Bubba, Pamela Kilbane and husband Dan, and William F. Moreland; His in-laws, William and Nancy Moreland; And many beloved nieces and nephews.
Bobby also had many dear friends that he considered to be closer than brothers. Teddy Mullins and his wife Nancy, Roger Mulllins and his wife Helen, Gary Mullins, and Kenny Carpenter and his wife Vickie.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents Earl Ray and Clara Bell Anthony and his great friends Bart and Trula Mullins.
