She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on March 3, 1929 to Albert Lee Steinmiller and Harriet Soonie Kim.
She graduated from Roosevelt High School in Honolulu in 1947.
Barbara owned and operated Bee-Jays Ceramics in Copperas Cove for many years and was an avid gardener.
She was preceded by her husband Gene Edmond Reeves and her son Gene Edmond Reeves Jr.
She is survived by her children Annabelle Yim, Mike Campbell, Jay Fung, Clarence Fung, Liz Mullenax, Elaine Browning, and Gail Reeves, brother, Frank Neal Steinmiller, twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and too many loving friends to name.
A Memorial service in honor of Mrs. Reeves will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Copperas Cove for 1:00 PM.
