Peyton met the love of her life, Jacob Michie in January of 2016, with marriage vows exchanged on May 26th 2019.
Peyton struggled many years of her life with Type I Juvenile Diabetes. She was a strong champion for this cause, and supported JDRF by participating in fundraisers and walks. Her friends and family, especially her sister Sam, who shared the same disease, walking with her along the way.
Peyton loved passionately. Her husband, family and friends were always #1, above even herself. Her heart sunk deep into art, writing, crocheting, music, beauty, and her favorite, “Peyton’s Pet Hoard”. She had a deep love and passion for animals, rescuing so many that crossed her path. These were her children. She’s had many over her lifetime and always shared their stories with great love. Deuce and Tank were two of her childhood favorites. Currently her brood of children are 4 kitties: Piper, Leigha, Winnie and Walker; Basset Hound, Jed and a Sizzle chicken, named Nugget. They miss their Mommy. We all miss her and will until we all meet again.
Peyton passed peacefully in her sleep on February 19, 2023.
She is free.
