Jennell Nancy Bransom

Jennell Nancy Bransom (Pruett), age 78, of Rosanky, TX passed away January 6, 2024. She was born November 18, 1945 in Natchitoches, LA and moved to Houston as a child. She loved her Savior and served faithfully in her local church, belonging to the Church of Christ for most of her adult life. Jennell was a nurse by vocation. She will be lovingly remembered for her gracious hospitality, her joy in crafting, her love of sharing those crafts with others, a caring heart manifested in a life of service, and her fierce devotion to family and loved ones. Jennell was preceded in death by her mother, Leze Tucker, and her sister Caroline Teague. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, James William Bransom, Jr (Sonny); son, James William Bransom III, and his wife, Elizabeth; daughter, Jennifer Aileen Bransom; son, Jonathan Eugene Bransom, and his wife, Heidi; 7 grandchildren: Mary Elizabeth, Hannah Jane, James William IV (Liam), Sarah Lynn, Jacob Daniel, Caleb Thomas, and Ethan Samuel; and sister, Rosalind Dunlap. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 12 at 10AM at Rolling Oaks Funeral Home in Coppell, TX.
