Dear Family: Aunt Virgina was a wonderful and loving aunt. Uncle Tommy and her were a couple that were above all my other aunts and uncles. Carol and I loved both of them. We had good times at their back yard parties and the times they took us out to dinner. We will always remember them for their love, kindness and sincerety. May they dwell in Heaven together. The light has gone out in Copiague.

My condolence to all of our family. What memories we all have. It is still so sad to think that Aunt Virginia is gone. Yes she did live a long wonderful life but that still  doesn't take the heartache away. She will be greatly missed and Oak Street will never be the same knowing that the whole crew that once was is all gone now. Aunt Virginia was my Godmother also. She and Uncle Tommy made quit a pair and I am sure they are happily reunited now.  One of my fondest memories of her is one of her visits to Florida to see our family.  She brought me a child's ceramic tea set and I cherished that set.  It reminded me of her every time I played with it.  I loved her visits.  When Aunt Virginia arrived....the party arrived...in style!

Dear Family, I cherish the time I was able to spend with my wonderful aunt and Godmother.  As a child, she always spoiled me and treated me like her own daughter.  I will treasure my memories of her with my Mother and Father and me.  She was always so interested in my children and grandchildren. Dear Family, Aunt Ginny was one wonderful lady. I can remember as a little girl (and that was a long time ago) the wonderful times we had when she would come to visit my family in Florida. My Mom was Yolanda Fattoruso known as Babe. It's rather sad to know that all the original Aunts and Uncles are gone. May they rest in peace.

Aunt Virginia was so special to me and I loved her very much! She was my husband Frank's favorite aunt and he was very close to her, especially because she took care of his mother.  He was always grateful for that but also enjoyed the fun times we spent together with her and Uncle Tom.  She will be greatly missed! She taught me how to make "Aunt Virginia meatballs" and they were better than the way my family made them.  She also taught me how to make her "linguini and clams" and I treasure the times we spent together.

Dearest family, Aunt Virg was my great Aunt by marriage. It is hard to believe she is gone. She was a hard worker who enjoyed life, but most of all loved her family and grand kids. She is the last link to our Fattoruso LI family that were pillars of the community. She was part of the Greatest Generation that ever was! From Texas, I send my love and prayers to all of you.
