Randolph was born July 2, 1942 to Reynold and Lillian Fredrickson. He grew up on a small farm in Coin and attended grade school at the Coin Country School and high school in Ogilvie. He was united in marriage to Judy Tuma on June 23, 1962. They had three children, Scott, Bradley and Kelly.
In 1961, he drove a milk truck for Brunswick Co-op Creamery and would later purchase his own milk route and haul to Lakeland Dairies until they locked the doors in the early 70’s. He then sold his routes to Land O’Lakes in Pine City and went to work for them. He loved flying and in 1966 he got his private pilot’s license. He enjoyed going to airport fly-ins and attending air shows with his family.
He liked buying old tractors and fixing them up with his sons. He enjoyed going to threshing shows and car shows as well. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at the “farm” sometime in June 2022. The date and time will be posted then.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared below for the Fredrickson family.
