I'll always remember Barb's warm and generous hospitality when we'd visit. Joking around while playing 'Uno', or shooting the breeze while sitting on the patio are times I'll always remember with a smile. May everyone who's Barb's life touched be comforted and assured that the joy and humor she shared with others will never be forgotten.

Barb was the truest, most kind, most dear friend one could ever have. I miss her greatly

Barb, I will remember you like a sister- your smile, your sense of humor, and  your sprinkle of wisdom during our talks. I will remember the family events we attended together, the cabin, the good food, games, book reviews, and painting thoughts shared. There will always be a special place in my heart for you.

Barbi was the best sister-in-law one could ever have.  She was also a special auntie to my children.  Too many good times to mention here, but do want to say thank you to her lovely children, Michele, Amy and Robb for the excellent care you gave our Barbi. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Barb will be forever in our hearts! She was one of the nicest people that I know. I loved her sense of humor and kindness. She always found time to visit with us while we were in town.  Love and hugs to you all!

God is holding all of you in the palm of His hand - Trust in Him, when life seems to make no sense.

I always enjoyed going over to see Aunt Barb.  She was always so energetic and displayed a great sense of humor.  She took me in, giving me shelter and food during a transitional phase of my life.  We had many good, long talks together.  Even a game of cribbage or two.  I always felt loved by her, even when time and miles kept us apart.  I will surely miss you Barb.  Michelle, Amy, and Robb, I can only imagine the sense of loss you are feeling.  You've been so good, and so caring.  Thank you for taking good care of Barb. My dear friend Robb, so sorry to hear about your mom.  She will always have a special place in my heart and I will charish the great times that we had.  I apologize for not being able to make the service as will be out of town.

I know that at a time like this words seem so trite.  Let me say this, Barb was always a very loving person to me and to my family. Her pain is now at an end, but yours will last for a greater time. It will slowly leave and the glow of her love will replace it in your hearts. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. You are in my prayers at this time of sorrow. I won't be able to come to the service as I am out of state right now. Wish I could be there. My love to you all.  Aunt Linda.

I have so many memories of Barb throughout my childhood - she was ever-present, a second grandmother figure, and most definitely a loved member of our family.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.
