He was preceded in death by his parents William & Olive, and two brothers Russell and Douglas, and his brother-in-law George. Surviving are his sister Lorraine Goder; nephew David (Brenda) Goder; niece Karen (Bill) Whittaker; 10 great nieces and nephews and 13 great-great nieces and nephews. Private family graveside services will be held with burial in Morningside Memorial Gardens in Coon Rapids.
