Danny Conelia Moore

Danny Conelia Moore, age 49, of Stockbridge Georgia died Tuesday November 2nd, 2010 after an extended illness. Danny was born in Decatur Georgia on June 13th, 1961 to CQ Moore and the late Alma Estelle Moore of Conyers Georgia. Danny graduated from Heritage High School in Conyers Georgia as class president in 1979. He attended Young Harris College and earned an Associates Degree in Business. He later attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. He was employed by Mitchell's Used Auto Parts in Conyers Georgia and later at the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta Georgia. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lithonia Georgia. He is survived by his wife of 27 years Becky Lovin Moore of Stockbridge Georgia and two children Tyler Moore of Greensboro Georgia and Mindy Moore of Stockbridge Georgia. He is also survived by his sister Debbie Foster and Husband Larry of Conyers Georgia and Grandmother Ethel Mitchell of Scottdale Georgia. Also left to cherish his memory are Henry Lovin (Father-in-Law) of Stockbridge Georgia, Bruce and Vicki Lovin (Brother and sister-in-law) of Greensboro Georgia, nieces Jessica Foster Bonner and Husband Jonah of Panama City Florida, Katie Lovin of Greensboro Georgia, and nephew Cody Lovin of Greensboro Georgia. Preceding him in death were his mother, Alma Estelle Moore of Conyers, Charlie and Minda Reed (Grandparents) of Elijay Georgia, Alvin Mitchell (Grandfather) of Scottdale Georgia, Jean Lovin (Mother-in-law) of Stockbridge Georgia, and Craig Lovin (Nephew) of Greensboro Georgia. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday November 4th, 2010 at 1:00pm at the First Baptist Church in Lithonia Georgia with Dr. Jim Martin and Reverend Bruce Lovin officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery in Union Point Georgia. Serving as pallbearers are Tommy Stewart, Ted Rogers Sr., Ted Rogers Jr., David Sargent, Paul Huckleberry, and James Traylor. Family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm on Wednesday November 3rd, 2010 at the Horis A. Ward Rockdale Chapel in Conyers Georgia on Hwy 138. Horis A.
