Mitzy was born August 31, 1944 in Little Rock to Johnny and Neva Harden.
Mitzy met the love of her life James on a blind date in 1963, they soon married on October 19, 1963.
She and James both worked at Phillips lighting in Little Rock for over 30 years. They both retired in 1997. In 1974 they were blessed with the birth of their son Kevin.
She is survived by her husband James; her son Kevin and wife Lynette; two grandchildren Jaren and Kalen Long and one brother Johnny Harden. And her fur baby George. George and Mitzy were always together.
James worked in other countries like Holland, Mexico and Canada and Mitzy would join him on the journeys. She loved the croissants in Holland
In 2008 Mitzy and James moved to Conway from North Little Rock to be closer to Kevin, Lynette, Jaren and Kalen. Mitzy loved spending time with her grandkids.
She enjoyed being outdoors in her 2 acre yard. She found joy in seeing pretty plants and flowers grow. She enjoyed gardening and just generally being outside.
Memorial service for Mitzy will be held at Griffin Leggett Conway on Friday, April 2nd at 2pm.
