Tom was born in Anchorage, AK to parents Donald and Joan Flournoy on May 10, 1957. He married the love of his life, Anita, in 1997 and they shared nearly 27 beautiful years together. They built their dream home, living in Conroe and later in Willis, and loved each other dearly.
He is preceded in death by his son Phillip Larson II, his parents, Donald and Joan Flournoy and his brother Michael Flournoy.
Tom leaves behind his loving wife Anita, his daughter Christina Hernandez and 3 grandchildren, Lilith Xenos, Noah Williams and Emilio Hernandez. He is also survived by his brother Donald Flournoy and his wife Candace, sister Mary Flournoy Pucheu, and his in laws Kathy Flournoy, Ken and Partricia Westra, Robert and Katie Donovan, Richard and Mae Donovan and several nieces and nephews.
The family plans to hold a private celebration of life at a later time and date as they are continuing to mourn the loss of Tom, who is greatly missed and deeply loved."
