Funeral services for Roxanne Lisenbe will be held Friday, March 23, 2012 at 3:00pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Pastor Alan Anglin officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 22, 2012 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Roxanne was born on August 3, 1957 in Houston, Texas to James and Christine Pugh and went to be with Jesus on March 20, 2012 in Conroe, Texas. Roxanne was a member of Conroe Christian Center, where she led a bible study class every Thursday at noon, was the coordinator of the nursery and pre-k program. Roxanne was a fantastic mother, wife, “Gramie”, Aunt “Tam”, sister and friend. She had a true passion for helping and taking care of people around her. Roxanne had a keen idea for decorating and was an excellent wedding planner. Roxanne is preceded in death by her father, James Paul Pugh; brother, Andrew Perry Pugh and father-in-law, James Welton Lisenbe. Left behind to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 36 years, Bruce Lisenbe; daughters, Shae Cupery and husband Todd, Ashley Lovelace and husband Aaron; sons, Jeremy Lisenbe and wife Carrie and Alan Lisenbe and wife Bridgette; mother, Christine Patrick and husband John; sisters, Paula Anderson and husband Prentice; brother, David Pugh and wife Linda; grandchildren, Brianna Franklin, Addisyn Lisenbe, Josiah Lisenbe, Madyn Lisenbe, Makayla Lisenbe and Mylie Lisenbe; mother-in-law, Shirley Smith “Granny” and her husband Bill. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. Roxanne was truly a wonderful woman with a heart of gold and will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
