Ronald F Hardman

As a child he and his family would have picnics on the Gettysburg battlegrounds. He loved talking about the city of Gettysburg and the battles at Gettysburg. Ronald Graduated Delone Catholic High School in McSherrytown, Pennsylvania and joined the United States Army shortly after. He had careers in fabrication as a machinist and logistics as a truck driver for many years until retirement. He loved tending to his vegetable gardens, his animals, tinkering and making things, being outside, and most of all he loved his family.

He was preceded in death by wife, Betty Joyce (Ledbetter) parents Raymond T Hardman, Ethel G Sanders Hardman; brothers Ralph E Hardman, Raymond C Hardman, daughter Karen Odom. Ronald is survived by sister Theresa Myers, children, LaVerne Traverse, Doyle Odom, II, Theresa (John) Waldo, Jill (Mike) White, Geneva Greathouse, grandchildren, Josh Traverse, Jeff Knox, David Knox, Doyle Odom, III, Ryan Odom, Taylor Odom, Amanda Waldo, John Ronald Waldo, and Krista Teeter, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Cashner Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe.
