You can tell how well he was loved by the size of the procession.  I was getting gas across the street from the cemetery and just a tremendous amount of cars going by with several police escorts.  My condolences to the family and friends of this obviously wonderful man who was clearly loved by so many people. 

Our hearts were broken to hear the news of Rodney’s passing. Sending our prayers & deepest sympathies to the entire Ballard family. May the Lord comfort your grieving hearts and walk with you through this difficult season.

I doubt that Rodney realized what a positive impact he made on so many of his friends and acquaintances.  Without a doubt, he had a positive impact on myself and my family.

He was admired and respected by many and he will truly be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. !   Rodney was a very very good man.   I’m glad to have had the chance to know him.  I did lots of projects over the years for him.  He always knew what he wanted but would still ask me for my advice.  He was full of life and love.  

I am so thankful to have known Mr. Ballard for most of my life. He represented what most men would want to be and what every young boy would want in a father. He was a dedicated husband and a devoted father, you could see that his entire world was his family. I'm so thankful to have known such a wonderful man and for always welcoming me into his home with loving arms. Till we meet again Mr. Rodney Ballard. I love you. 

So sorry for your loss. What little time I was around Rodney he was always very friendly and honest with me. He will be missed greatly. Praying for your family at this time. 

Brenda I am so sorry to hear about Rodney. He was such a good husband to you and Dad to Jimmy and Jamie and looks like a Pawpaw too. Your family is beautiful.  I will always remember our baseball games at WYAA. Everyday is a gift. May God give you strength and comfort during this time♥️

I’m so sorry for your lost . He went home to kiss the face of Jesus our Lord and Savior. I can see him walking on the street of gold and worshiping our God. i can only imagine when he took his last breath here and his first breath in the presence of our Lord Jesus , then Jesus said hold my hand let's go home. Jesus carried him home in the clouds of Glory. All his family in heaven was REJOICING waiting for Jesus and Rodney  to enter. When the Lord calls us home he leaves a gift of memories in exchange. Love you all
