Robert was in the United States Marine Corp. Reserves and was drafted into the United States Army during the Korean War.
He was a machinist by trade and would often tinker with broken items at home until he got them in working order, He enjoyed reading history books and the newspaper. He loved his grandchildren and was an incredible grandpa.
He is survived by his daughter, Debra Marie Willem Todd and spouse Robert, Granddaughter Rachel Marie Todd Pereira and spouse Ian, grandson Nathan Curt Todd and spouse Jessica, great grandchildren Madelyn Marie Pareira, Hudson Todd and Luke Todd. Robert was preceded in death by his loving wife Helen Willem.
Funeral services will begin at 2:30 p.m. at Cashner Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. until funeral services begin. Graveside services will follow at Garden Park Cemetery.
