Funeral services for Robert Wick “ Bob” Redick, 96, a long time resident of Baytown, Texas will be held Tuesday May 18, 2010 at 11:00am in the Metcalf Funeral Home Chapel, Conroe, Texas with Father Edward Kucera officiating. Graveside services will follow at 3:00pm at Memory Gardens Cemetery 8624 Garth Rd. Baytown, Texas.

Robert Wick Redick was born December 18, 1913 in Ged, Louisiana to parents James H. and Maggie Redick and passed away peacefully May 13, 2010 in Montgomery Texas. Bob graduated with honors from Robert E Lee High School in Baytown, Texas and served proudly in the United States Air Force. Bob was a successful businessman and salesman in Baytown earning several national awards from Studebaker and Pontiac . He instilled the important life lessons of character, positive and humorous spirit, and generosity into the lives of his family and countless others.

Bob is preceded in death by his beloved wife AG Redick. He is survived by his son Wayne Young and wife Annette of Montgomery, Texas; Brother James Harrison Redick Jr. of Alvin, Texas; Sister Wanda Logan and husband Woody of Austin, Texas; Grandchildren; Chad Young and wife Kelly, Brent Young and wife Marnie, Allison Falconer and husband Christopher. Great grandchildren; Drake Redick Young, Ashlyn Marie Young, Nolan Redick Young, Palmer Redick Falconer, Evan Marie Falconer, Reagan Keith Falconer, and numerous relatives and friends.
