Richard Carter Blackwell III of Willis, Texas passed away at his home April 11, 2015. He was born April 19, 1977 in Brockton, Massachusetts to Richard and Jacquelyn Blackwell. Richard is the owner of Maston Towers Inc. and has been in the tower business over 20 years, of which he was very successful and portrayed part of who he was. He is survived by his father: Richard Carter Blackwell Jr., mother: Jacquelyn Ruth Optiz; and sister: Jennifer Katherine Stevens; companion: Tina Goodrich, and numerous other relatives and many friends. Richard lived life to the fullest and was born with a huge loving
heart. Visitation will began at 10:00 am Friday April 17, 2015 at Metcalf Funeral Directors with the funeral services beginning at 11:00am. A reception will be held at Richard’s house following the services.
