Mona Lee Carter Robinson passed away on January 6, 2018 at the Conroe Healthcare Center in Conroe, Texas, where she had been a resident for nearly 4 years. She was born on August 14, 1923 to Earnest Carter and Norma Reasoner Carter in Melrose, New Mexico. Mona is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Norma Carter, her husband, Jim Robinson, brother, Earl Carter, sister, Nellie Simmons, and nephew, Keith Simmons. She is survived by sister in law, Betty Robinson Dutton, brother in law, Earl Robinson (Mona Ruth Robinson) and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a friend to all and will be greatly missed. Inurnment will take place at Angus Cemetery in Ruidoso, New Mexico at a later date.
