Graveside services for Melvin C. Outlaw will be held Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 2:00pm in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Melvin was born December 31, 1927 in Humble, Texas to John and Anita Outlaw and passed away November 4, 2012 in Conroe, Texas. Melvin was employed by the State of Texas Highway Dept for over 31 ½ years. The last twenty years of Melvin’s life was spent as a vendor at the Flea Market in Old Security, a passion he had until he was no longer able to attend. Melvin is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Gladys Outlaw of Conroe; sons, Wayne Outlaw and wife Shannon of Conroe and Terry Outlaw and wife Brenda of Conroe; sister, Evangeline Dees of Nacogdoches; brother, Charles Outlaw and wife Jane; grandchildren, Russell Outlaw, Dylan Outlaw, Madison Shaver, Paige Shaver, Danielle Cullar and Joshua Cullar; great grandchildren, Avrianna Lisenbee, Cameron Lee, Ava Cullar and Royce Lisenbee.
