Mark was a man who was always happy, while his occupation was a Mechanic, he was known for so much more. Mark showed his love through his actions. Mark spent his off time taking care of everyone else. He was often found around a BBQ pit cooking meals for the community or repairing various projects for whoever needed it. He had supported the local Trail Life community. Mark loved to work with black powder rifles, create blacksmith art and carpentry. Mark left a legacy of caring for the community around him.
Mark was preceded in death by his first wife Linda Jackson Parkin, his brother Ernest Allen Parkin, his parents Elizabeth and Ernest Joseph Parkin. Mark is survived by his wife Robin Parkin, his children Caitlin Huey, Kealey Patterson, Jacob Parkin and Katherine Davis, his grandchildren Sarah Patterson, Esther Patterson, Nathan Fowler, Emily Fowler, Mattie Davis, and Elliot Davis. He was also survived by his brother George Parkin and his sisters Susan Brewsaugh, Kate Ryan, Barbara Howe and Elaine Alvarado.
A memorial service for Mark Franklin Parkin will be held at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 10:00am.
