I truly loved you Luke, and so many people can’t believe you’re gone. I never imagined this would happen to you, it’s strange not talking to you everyday how we would. You really cared about your friends like no one else, you were understanding, caring and forgiving. There isn’t anyone like you, and there will never be anyone like you. Fly high brother and thank you for everything 

We had so many amazing memories, bro! You will be forever missed by all of us!

Luke brought light to any room, even wearing dark clothes.

I remember I had just found out that I lost a close family member and at the time I was hanging out with Luke, and without hesitation he looks at me and says “ don’t  dwell on death, you’re are here for a reason”. He then stood up and gave  me a hug and sat with me until I was visibly better, even though it meant breaking his curfew. I will always miss and love his soul. RIP LEGEND LAK

I couldn’t have asked for a better brother. He was the most genuine person I have ever known, if he said that he loved you, he truly meant that. He was so funny and every time I talked to him, he made me laugh. Even during the toughest times I always felt so safe around him. He loved and cared about all of his friends so much. He brought so much light into my world. Losing him was my biggest fear for so long, and my nightmare became reality. I am so thankful for all of his amazing friends and girlfriend Elliza. I miss him more and more every second, I wish you were here with me right now Luke. Words can’t describe how much I love you and miss you. Rest in power Luke🤍

I first met Luke five years ago, and we always got along well right from the start. I learned so many things from him and I’m devastated about his loss. He was like a brother to me. It’s so hard to believe that he’s gone now. I already miss him. I wish we talked more these last few months. It feels like just yesterday I was at his apartment playing video games with him. I always liked Luke, he always respected me, he always had something interesting to say, and he was so talented. He loved music, and he was really good at it too. I remember when we were younger I would sneak into his house just to jam with him. For a long while I would hang out with him almost everyday. We did so much together and I will forever keep him in my memories.

Goodbye Luke, I’m so sorry that you left so early. God bless you and God bless your family and friends.

My deepest and most Sincere Condolences to the Kober family, I had met Luke once when my Brother and Sister -in- law Abby Married, we were Graced with the opportunity to have met a nice young man,  wished I could have known him better. We only met Luke once, but it was good enough for us to see that he was a wonderful son with a big heart and that beautiful smile that  put a sparkle in his eyes. I remember when I first came to work with Anthony and Jessica at the maternity home in Texas, and the first task on my plate was to take a look at Luke's drawings and offer any advice as an art teacher. He was beginning to draw manga and other anime characters and was so receptive to my suggestions as he showed me his art work. I'm not sure if he continued on with his drawing, but I understand his sister Abby also displayed some artistic interest.

Always there with a joke and eager to listen and help. We'll miss you bud.

I love and miss him so much. Luke was an amazing boyfriend, the greatest friend, a great brother to his sisters, and an extremely loved son to his parents. He loved everyone especially his family and friends. He was loving and caring he was funny smart and so talented he had the biggest heart we spent nearly every day together as often as we could he was hard working he cared a lot about music and always shared his playlists and songs with his friends and family he made his own beats and we were all so proud of him he touched so many peoples hearts, he loved to read he would always tell me about the books he was reading and let me borrow them when he finished,  he loved anime and all things gruesome and— “goth” as he said.. He cared a lot about his self image and what he wore he was obsessed with his Rick Owens shoes..They looked really good on him.. He took care of his friends and family they all looked out for each other and he talked to all of his friends nearly everyday. He had the funniest things to say and constantly put smiles on everyone’s faces even his own, his smile melts my heart it was always so genuine but when we’d take pictures he always had a straight face it annoyed me but I also thought it was funny he gave me his favorite sweater and a shirt of his to wear when I missed him I’ll cherish it forever he also gave me one of his earrings I remember him putting it into my ear as I was driving I was so confused but he said it looked better on me and to keep it so I did I wore it almost every time I saw him I love him more than anything I’ll never forget the last few moments spent with him we were in my car and he asked me why I loved him and I gave him so many reasons and he smiled and rested his head on my arm I wish I could have said more. He’s precious and one of a kind. Luke Anthony Kober you are so loved and so missed we’re all thinking of you constantly and staying as strong as possible for you. I love you. Rest in paradise sweet boy.🖤

Sorry that we never met your Luke but I’m sure he was precious to you and your wife. I know it must be difficult at this time for you to reflect on your life with him. No one can imagine what you are feeling but Jesus. He knows. Run to Jesus in your grief. Our prayers are with you and your family as you grieve. 

My family met Luke when he was about 4. I had the privilege of teaching him in children’s church on many occasions and he was always an absolute delight to have around. I can still see his big smile and infectious laugh.   We also had the privilege of our children spending time together and summer at the pool was a favorite. I may not be known to the rest of the Kober family, but Luke and I were good friends for a number of years. Throughout the second half of my time in high school and slightly thereafter, Luke spent lots of time at my house, along with my brother and the rest of our group of friends. Within that group, Luke was always the one who lit the room up with laughter and joy. I have countless fond memories of him. My biggest regret is not seeing him very often throughout the past year or so. But I'm sure even as we grew somewhat distant, he was still a blessing and a gift in the lives of others.  He was a true friend and is incredibly missed by many. My condolences go out to his loved ones, family and friends alike. Praying for everyone's healing and for Luke.
